Which hardware (OMV image or ISO installation) are you using? How can we reproduce this issue?

ISO Installation.
Installed my system yesterday.

Everytime i start the system i have to start the service manually.

That sounds really strange to me and i never heard about such an issue.
What is the output of

# systemctl status smbd

Did your install reboot on it's own or did you force a reboot?

See http://bugtracker.openmediavault.org/view.php?id=1835

It did reboot on it's own. After the reboot i logged in through the Web Interface.
