|Product Version||Erasmus (3.x)|
|Target Version||Fixed in Version|
|Summary||0001808: Problem accessing services webGUI when Force SSL enabled|
|Description||If you enable SSL on the OMV webGUI and set it to Force SSL/TLS, it sets up a "permanent redirect" to https. If you use a domain name to access the OMV webGUI, browsers tend to cache the permanent redirect and subsequently redirect ALL requests to https.|
This causes the browser not being able to connect to specific services GUI's running on different ports, as bittorrent, urbackup, etc.
Proposed fix is to setup a reverse proxy in nginx for enabled services, and access their GUI's via the proxy as omv.example.com/service. This way there will be no problems with SSL redirection, and all communication will be encrypted.

+1 for this
is really usefull acces by name instead by port.
eg: transmission, is better access from outside like https://myddnsdomain.com/transmission.
than do https://myddnsdomain.com:4091/transmission.
